The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday reserved ruling in a case pertaining to alleged fake degree of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former MNA Sumaira Malik.
A three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Jawwad S,Khawaja and Justice Gulzar Ahmed was hearing a plea, seeking disqualification of Sumaira Malik from people’s representation for possessing an alleged fake educational degree. The hearing was put off till October 14.
