Fake degree: PBCT orders to register case against Muhammad Sohail

Punjab Bar Council Tribunal has ordered registration of a case against Muhammad Sohail son of Muhammad Ashraf of Faisalabad for obtaining a license of legal practice on a bogus law degree and also cancelled the license.

According to details, the Punjab Bar Council Tribunal, comprising Chairman, Mr. Justice Sh. Najamul Hassan, Members including Deputy Attorney General Zafar Mehmood Mughal and Lehrasab Khan Gondal, on a complaint of Faisal Abbas, sought the record from University of the Punjab and found degree of Mohammad Sohail as bogus and ordered registration of case against him.

The Tribunal got registered a case in police station Civil Lines Lahore against a resident of Lahore, Pervez Aslam Chaudhry s/o William John for having bogus law degree. Moreover, the tribunal also got registered a case against a resident of Sheikhupura, Anjum Sohail Khan s/o Safdar Ali Khan for having a fake law degree.
