ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will hear the fake degree case against PML-N parliamentarian Sumera Malik on Monday.
Other members of the bench include Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh and Justice Chaudhry Ejaz Ahmed. The appeal was filed in the apex court by former Parliamentary Secretary Malik Umar Aslam Awan through senior advocate of the SC, Hamid Khan, stating that Sumera Malik contested General Election of 2008 by submitting a fake degree.
