Five persons were grabbed by the Jubilee slopes police on Monday for supposedly attempting to offer a plot with fake reports.
The captured persons are Vodde Ramulu(52), Mir Mohsin Mohiuddin Ali Khan(42), Mallepaka Srihari (43), Mashetty Nagender Gupta(32), Khaja Khutubuddin(46). Another charged Susheela Bai (83) has been served 41(a) CrPC recognize because of her age element.
The prime blamed, Syed Raza Nadeem (29), a supporter and occupant of Darushifa and one Nissar Ahmed are stealing away. A case has been enlisted under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 109 R/W. 34 of the IPC and Section 5 of AP Land Grabbing Act 1982.
