Crime Branch Jammu today produced challan against two persons for preparing fake documents of vehicles.
The case under FIR No. 11/2005 under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 120-B RPC P/S Crime Branch Jammu was registered on the directions of Presiding Officer MACT (District Judge) Rajouri against the accused duo for preparing fake documents like route permit, registration certificate, fitness certificate and GR receipts of a vehicle (JK02A/4411) which, after investigation proved was a motorcycle.
After establishing the offences against the accused persons, the chargesheet was presented before the court of CJM Jammu.
