In the backdrop of the failing economy and falling rupee, BJP leader Kirti Azad on Friday expressed doubt on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s doctorate degree and asked if PM has bought fake degrees from any university.
He further said that government has brought such a situation where the fall in rupee cannot be stopped.
