Election Tribunal Special Judge Ch Abdul Hafeez disqualified PML-N MPA from PP-259 (Muzaffargarh-9) Sardar Khan Muhammad Jatoi for fake educational certificates, ordering afresh election on the seat.
The defeated PPP candidate Sardar Samiullah Khan, in a petition, had stated that Sardar Khan Muhammad Khan Jatoi was disqualified by the apex court during the local bodies’ election for possessing fake educational certificates.
