An election tribunal has declared Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Khan Muhammad Khan Jatoi ineligible in the fake degree case.
The tribunal has called for re-election in Jatoi’s constituency Muzaffargarh PP-259.
The MPA had been elected to represent the Muzaffargarh constituency during the May 2013 general elections. His degree had been challenged in the Bahawalpur election tribunal.
His opponent Samiullah Khan Leghari during the May 2013 elections had also presented a rigging video against Khan Muhammad Khan Jatoi.
