Three people who are in court for the production of fake documents, among them Road Transport and Safety Agency certificate of fitness discs have been found with a case to answer.
Lusaka resident magistrate, Obbister Musukwa, placed the suspects on their defence after he found them with a case to answer.
The trio is expected to open their defence on June 10, 2014. In this case, Masumba Macknon, 34, Joseph Dube, 39 and Fanwell Phiri, 39, are charged with 20 counts of forgery, uttering and making false documents contrary to the Laws of Zambia.
