A Ecuadorian man who was in the United State illegally has been charged with possessing fraudulent documents after presenting fake a fake Social Security card and birth certificate to immigration officials in York County.
Jose Glarza-Buestan, 29, was charged in a one-count indictment handed down by a federal grand jury on Wednesday.
If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.
