Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Anwaarul Haq has refused to hear a case the regarding the fake degree of former minister and returned the case to Chief Justice LHC.

The single bench of LHC comprising Justice Anwaarul Haq Friday when resumed the hearing of the case was told by the plaintiff and former minister Ghulam Sarwar that case regarding his fake degree was instituted for political revenge.
He urged the court to stop the investigation till the verdict on his petition.
Prosecutor General Punjab said that fake degree charge against Ghulam Sarwar has been proved therefore his pre-arrest bail should be annulled.
The judge disposed off Ghulam Sarwar’s petition for stopping the investigation, excused to further hear the case and sent the issue back to LHC chief justice.
