Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The State Students Admission Commission (TQDK) of Azerbaijan has revealed 22,332 fake diplomas.
TQDK chairperson Maleyka Abbaszadeh says that fake diplomas were discovered due to a new state electron system “university graduate”.

“The system contains information about all entrants who passed the entrance exams and entered universities of the country from 1992 to 2011 – 1,978,226 participants of entrance examinations and 615,582 entrants. The new system will enable employers to verify the validity of the diploma when hiring,” Abbaszadeh said.
