The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday extended the interim bail of former Federal Minister and Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ghulam Sarwar Khan for a fake degree case till June 7.
During the hearing, the court was told that Ghulam Sarwar was entangled in a fake degree case on political grounds so his bail should be confirmed.
The investigation officer since the probe was underway the accused should be awarded more time for further interrogations.
The court adjourned the hearing till June 7 and granted the PTI leader a bail extension.
