Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has registered a case against a college lecturer on charge of producing fake academic degree certificates to get the license to teach at higher secondary level.
According to CIAA, one Ramu Prasad Yadav had produced a fake certificate of Master in Science from one Bihar University of Mujaffarpur, India, while getting his teaching license for the higher secondary level.
CIAA booked him under the Anti-Corruption Act at the special court today.
