Minister for Interior Affairs Chaudhry Nisar Ali has advised the FIA director general to provide him with the case updates. He said that the human trafficking incidents are defaming the country in the world and actions needs to be taken against the FIA officers involved in it.

Last week at least 10 Afghan nationals were allowed by FIA’s immigration staff to travel to UK from Benazir Bhutto International Airport on fake passports and visas but were caught by the UK police. The UK authorities later lodged a complaint with the Pakistan government.
